These terms apply when you use the GlowDerm Skin & Hair website and its online booking.

Appointments: a booking confirmation is a request for a time slot with the practice. If the doctor is unavailable we will contact you to reschedule.

Changes and cancellations: you can reschedule or cancel from the link in your confirmation message, within the time limits shown there. Any advance token payment is refunded only as the booking page states.

Medical information: this website is for information and booking. It is not medical advice and is not for emergencies — in an emergency call your local emergency number or go to the nearest hospital.
